This site was created using React and is a bit nicer to look at than the previous emulator page. RollNES is not limited to only playing NES games in a browser. The site also allows users to create accounts for personalized settings and services.
A significant difference between RollNES and the 8-bit Catalog is that RollNES is only about the games that my emulator supports. You can play those games in a browser on the site as well as review them. The site supports both unauthenticated and authenticated reviews. Game controllers for two players can be configured and stored. The 8-bit catalog focuses on providing information about all existing NES games and connecting retro fans.
